Payments Methods
The payment for your orders can be made in the following ways:
In accordance with the provisions of Law L.4172/2013:
A sales invoice worth five hundred (500) euros or more, issued for the sale of goods, software or the provision of services to professionals, is recommended to be paid by the recipients with a proven bank transaction (bank transfer or credit card).
A retail sales receipt worth one thousand five hundred (1,500) euros or more, issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, is paid by the recipients via debit and credit cards or via a bank account and payment in cash is not permitted.

For your best service, please indicate your order number in the reason for the bank deposit.
Then send us a copy of the bank order via e-mail to alfastrato1967@gmail.com indicating the bank, date of deposit, order number and your full name or for greater convenience, simply indicate the order number and your full name as a reason on the deposit receipt.
Alternatively, you can inform us of your deposit at 210 9581159 or 210 9574251.
-The order will be shipped after the deposit has been confirmed in our account, with the exact amount.
-Any charge from the bank regarding the deposit is borne by the buyer.
-The deposit must be completed within 48 hours of completing the order, otherwise it is considered invalid.
2. Payment by Credit/Debit Card via Paypal
The method is valid for all orders in Greece and abroad. The cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro.
After selecting this payment method at checkout and clicking on "Confirm Order" button, then a pop-up window will appear with two payments options. The first option is to fill in your card details (credit/debit/prepaid card) and the second one is to choose payment via paypal login by clicking the paypal button.
The user/customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit/debit card details. The credit card that the visitor/user will use to pay for services/subscriptions of the website is charged only once and only for the specific transaction. Fermeli.gr is not responsible for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial institutions with which it collaborates for the completion of commercial transactions and/or for any fault of these.
Fermeli.gr does not store the credit card details that you enter when placing your order.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
All payments made using a card are processed via the Paypal's electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSocketsLayer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
3. Payment at our store address
For order pickup from our physical store at 148 Ymittou Str, Athens, PC: 11635, Greece,
you have the option to pay at the time of pickup. In this case, there is no additional charge.
